PICK UP

For those that are local to the Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge Area, Local Pick up is available. Pick Up is in Cambridge, Ontario, specifically the Preston Area. After check out I will email you personally to work out a pick up date and time. I’m just a work at home mom sewing out of her home and don’t have a storefront, so Pick Up is in a residential neighborhood.

SHIPPING

While I strive to have your package shipped within 24 hours (and usually do), my processing time is 2-3 business days.

You have different shipping options available at checkout.

Lettermail is available on items that fit the dimensions of the over-sized lettermail standards. If you choose this option there is no tracking or insurance on your package. Lettermail has no guaranteed delivery time and I cannot check on the status of your package once it leaves my hands. Lettermail tends to be slower than parcel mail. You will only see this option if your package is small enough. *We will not be held responsible for lost packages, if you choose lettermail it is at your own risk.

Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping ($10 in Ontario, $14 elsewhere in Canada) is expedited parcel service which includes $100 insurance and tracking. Depending on your location, you should receive your package in 1-7 business days (Most will be 2-5 days). If you wish to purchase extra insurance, please let me know.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment so that I can resolve the matter with you promptly. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless I have made an error on your order. Once the product is determined to be in new, unwashed condition, you may exchange it for something different (Customer must pay actual shipping charges on any exchanges) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee). Returns are refunded as soon as we receive the product back.

Please note, colors show differently on all computers, it is the customers choice to order the product and I cannot be held responsible for the shade being different than you expected because of how colors appear on your screen. If you are unsure about colours, please feel free to ask us to match something up for you and send a picture. We are always happy to help!
